Cancellation Policy

Clients will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service if appointments are cancelled without 24 hours notice.

Clients that do not show for an appointment and do not give any notice of cancellation will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled service.

Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the client phone number and email address provided with directions on how to complete outstanding amounts. Pay options we accept are cash, eftpos and direct deposit.

If you have cancelled or rescheduled before the 24 hour notice period you will not be charged for the appointment.

We require a Postal Address for buying gift cards online through the store.

Gift Cards (“Card”)

Gift cards must be presented in store to be valid.

Gift cards entitle the card holder to a treatment or product specified on the card, or a treatment or product of equal or less value.

Gift cards do not guarantee an automatic booking, appointments must be made through the normal channels.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift cards will be posted or emailed as requested.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months, non-refundable, non-transferable and can not be used against cash.

Gift cards must be used in full at time of booking unless otherwise authorised by a Refresh Massage & Beauty staff member.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed with an already discounted service.
